I am in love with Life today and it feels so good to have the flow of joy through my being. En-joying life, or bringing joy into whatever one is experiencing, is not always easy..sometimes it seems impossible, but the times I feel joy sustain me and help me remember how to touch it again when  I  need it most.

I do not know what next week holds for me. How do I walk in joy while attending to my mother in the hospital? I don't know. I do know I have to be present with each moment and maybe I'll find it here and there when it looks like comfort, laughter, peace, reflection or shared love.
